I. Introduction
Forced Circulation Evaporation Crystallizer is a kind of continuous crystallizer with crystal slurry circulation. On production, raw solution feed from bottom of circulation pipeline,and then mixed with crystal slurry which left from bottom of crystallizer, the mixed fluid will be pumped into the heat exchanger,it will increase temperature in the heater (normal increase 2-6℃),but it will not evaporation. Once hot crystal slurry flow into crystallization chamber,after boiling, it will reached super saturation,so parts of solute sedimentate on the surface of suspended crystal, and then grow bigger,finally discharge out from the top of circulation tubes. FC Crystallizer have large production capacity, but product size dimension arranged widely.
II. Structure Component
Forced Circulation Crystallizer consist of Crystallization Chamber, circulation tubes, circulation pump and heat exchanger etc.
Crystallization Chamber designed with cone type bottom,crystal slurry discharge out from the cone bottom,pumped into the heat exchanger by Axial Flow pump through circulation tubes,after heating or cooling,re-back into the crystallization chamber,it will continue having such circulation running.that’s the reason it called crysta-slurry circulation type.crystal slurry discharge let is near the bottom of crystallization chamber,and feed let is lower then discharge level.
III. Usage

FC type Crystallizer could work for evaporation crystallization, batch cooling crystallization or vacuum cooling crystallization. Product size dimension during the range of 0.8-4mm.
